1. Who operates GGBot
The app is offered by CAPITAL LIFE INVESTMENT CO LTD (“we”, “us”). By installing or using GGBot, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please delete the app and close this tab — no hard feelings.
2. What GGBot is
GGBot is an AI-powered gaming assistant for discovery, tips, guidance, and staying informed about titles you care about. Output can be wrong, late, or oddly confident — always cross-check critical details (patch notes, ranked rules, purchase decisions) with official sources.
3. Not a multiplayer mailbox
GGBot is not a system for users to exchange private data with each other. You must not use the app to transmit personal data to other users or to harvest data from others. We do not design or endorse a peer-to-peer data trading floor.
4. Analytics and notifications
The app may use Singular for attribution-style analytics and OneSignal for push notifications when you allow them. Those services operate under their own documentation; our Privacy Policy explains the philosophy — minimal identifiers, no obsession with real-world identity.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or scrape the app in ways that break the law or Apple’s rules.
- Attempt to overload, exploit, or bypass security or rate limits.
- Use the assistant output to harass, defraud, or harm others.
- Misrepresent the app as an official product of any game publisher unless you have written permission.
6. Intellectual property
Game names, logos, and assets belong to their owners. GGBot may refer to them descriptively. Unless stated otherwise, our code, branding, and UI are ours — not a license to re-skin and resell.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI answers, or that every recommendation will become your next thousand-hour obsession. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GGBot. If liability is found, our aggregate responsibility is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the past twelve months for GGBot-specific purchases, if any, or (b) zero when the app is free.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective note. Your continued use means you accept the revised version.
